Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of item receipt, ensuring ample time for your decision-making process (certain models excluded, detailed below). To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original, unused condition, with intact packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for packaging and dispatch. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If the return is initiated for reasons other than a faulty product, a restocking fee may be applicable to cover associated shipping expenses. However, in the event that the battery arrives damaged or in a condition different from its original state, the restocking fee may be adjusted accordingly to address any damages incurred.

Damages and Issues: Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. Should you detect any defects, damages, or incorrect items, kindly notify us immediately to facilitate a prompt resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Regrettably, returns cannot be accommodated for final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: To expedite your exchange process, we recommend returning the original item and subsequently placing a separate order for the desired replacement.
Refunds: Following receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the status of your refund approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please bear in mind that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
