Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Powertex Batteries. We strive to provide fast and reliable service for all our customers.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that each battery is thoroughly tested before shipping, which may slightly affect processing times. You will receive a shipment notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer free flat rate shipping to the lower 48 states (excluding PO boxes).

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

If you have not received your order within two days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@powertexbatteries.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Signature on Delivery

For orders over $400, a signature will be required upon delivery. This ensures that your order arrives safely and securely.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, minus any shipping charges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@powertexbatteries.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Undelivered Orders

If your order is attempted to be delivered three times by the courier and is not successfully delivered, the battery will be returned to the sender. In such cases, you will have the option to either pay for reshipping or receive a refund, minus the shipping charges.
