Signature Requirement: For security purposes, all orders over $400 will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your package.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Restocking Fee: Please note that if the battery is returned without any defects and in its new, unused condition, a restocking fee for shipping expenses may apply.
  • Return Shipping: If there is an issue with the battery, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Unused Condition: Batteries must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
